- Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients on functional tasks, exercises, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes
- Document care using a state-of-the-art EMR system
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and insurance regulations
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in the state
