Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises and modalities, to improve patient mobility and function.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with medical standards and regulations.
