Salary & Incentives
- Hourly Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 (DOE)
- Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000 (varies by location)
- Student loan reimbursement: Up to $25,000
- Total compensation potential: $95,000 annually depending on experience, hours, and performance
- $1,500 annual continuing education allowance unlimited MedBridge

Our Bay Area clinics provide outpatient orthopedic therapy in collaborative, modern environments. Treatment approaches include:
- Orthopedic & sports therapy
- Manual therapy & functional rehabilitation
- Pre-/post-operative rehab
- Spine & TMJ care
- Vestibular therapy
- Upper/lower extremity rehab
- Work injury rehabilitation
- Gait & orthotic assessments
- Weightlifting correctional training
Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Implement and progress individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct care to improve function, strength, and mobility
- Accurately document patient care in EMR
- Collaborate with clinical team members
- Ensure compliance with payer, federal, and state regulations
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Active California PTA license (or eligibility)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
