Compensation
- Approximately $122,000–$132,000 total annual compensation (Hourly pay incentives CEU reimbursement benefits)
- Hourly Rate: $36–$42/hr (DOE)
- Monthly productivity incentives up to $2,500
- $1,500 annual CEU allowance

Our Vallejo clinic provides comprehensive outpatient orthopedic care with a strong focus on:
- Hands-on manual therapy
- Functional rehabilitation
- Acute & chronic injury management
- Post-operative recovery
- Return-to-sport and return-to-work rehab
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, hands-on PT treatment under PT supervision
- Follow individualized plans of care
- Document treatment notes in our modern EMR
- Track patient progress and update plans as needed
- Support clinicians and collaborate with clinic staff
- Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehab journey
- Maintain compliance with state, payer, and federal standards
- Graduation from an accredited PTA program
- Active (or eligible) California PTA license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
