Compensation Package: $85,000 - $115,000

Compensation Package: $85,000 - $115,000

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuro conditions
- Develop individualized care plans and goals
- Collaborate with PTs and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Serve as a clinical leader for OT services in the clinic
- Build strong patient relationships and support community engagement
- Document thoroughly using our advanced EMR platform
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active California OT license (or eligibility)
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
- Passion for building a thriving OT service line
- Orthopedic & Neurological Rehabilitation
