The Role
- Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Location: Rio Rancho, NM
- Pay: $25–$35/hr, based on experience
- Incentives: Productivity bonuses up to $2,500/month, giving you full control of your earning potential

In This Role, You Will
- Deliver high-quality outpatient PT treatments under PT supervision
- Follow individualized care plans
- Provide hands-on manual and functional therapy
- Support acute/chronic rehab, pre/post-op care, return-to-sport, and return-to-work programs
- Build relationships with patients, staff, and the local community
- Document efficiently through our AI-enhanced EMR
- Maintain state, federal, and payer compliance
- Graduation from an accredited PTA program
- Current New Mexico PTA license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Outpatient orthopedic & sports therapy
- Manual / functional hands-on therapy
- Acute & chronic rehabilitation
- Pre- & post-operative care
- Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs
- Specialty practice programs tailored to patient needs
