Dynamic electronics company in Saline is seeking a full time Repair Technician to join their growing team! You would be responsible for performing repair, rework, assembly, and testing of printed circuit boards. Other duties will include basic soldering, advanced troubleshooting, training, and procedure development.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic PCB repair and rework tasks under supervision.
- Stuff PCBs, solder wires, and replace thru-hole or basic SMT components.
- Conduct go/no-go testing and assist with mechanical assembly.
- Follow established procedures and quality standards.
- Perform in-line inspection of completed work.
- Carry out other duties as assigned, adhering to company policies.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED; electronics coursework or training preferred, basic soldering and assembly skills, and have a familiarity with hand tools, microscopes, and soldering stations.
