What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and gaming consoles
- Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Perform quality control testing to ensure every repair meets our standards
- Clearly explain repair recommendations to customers
- Keep accurate repair notes and maintain an organized workspace
- Work with the team to deliver fast, professional service
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience repairing cell phones or consumer electronics
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, iPad, MacBook, Windows laptops, or gaming consoles is a plus
- Microsoldering experience is a bonus, but not required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
