Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Baler Operators – Findlay, OH!
Join a growing and reputable company in Findlay as a Baler Operator! In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial balers that process recyclable materials such as cardboard and plastics.
Available Shifts & Pay:
- 2nd Shift: 2:00PM–10:30PM | $17.50/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor industrial baling equipment
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs
- Feed material into balers using a forklift, skid steer, or other heavy equipment
- Inspect finished bales to meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete and log daily production reports
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of experience operating heavy machinery or similar equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
