2nd shift Baler Operators needed for a growing company in Findlay! Your primary responsibility would be to control and maintain industrial balers used for processing recyclable materials like cardboard and plastics.
Shifts:
- 2nd shift: 2:00PM-10:30PM, $18.50 per hour and 6:30pm-2:30am every other Sunday
Responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring the baling equipment.
- Performing basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs on the balers.
- Ensuring the balers are properly fed with material using a forklift, skid steer, or other heavy equipment.
- Inspecting finished bales to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Keeping the work area clean and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
- Producing and logging daily production reports.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months experience operating heavy machinery and equipment, and solid mechanical aptitude and skills.
