We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to play a key role in keeping our sales and service teams organized and efficient. You’ll assist with data entry, metrics tracking, work ticket and invoice creation, information gathering, phone communication, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data in our CRM system
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management
- Gather project-related information to support the sales team
- Create work tickets for the service team
- Create and send invoices to customers
- Schedule customer inspections
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner
- Assist with document preparation, including Word, Excel, and Adobe files
- Provide general administrative support
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), familiarity with Adobe products preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor
