Position: Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC)

Location: Phoenix of Fairlawn – Akron, OH

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in residents.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support functional outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, patient-focused care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation per facility and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio SLP license in good standing
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred
