Responsibilities- Engineer and refine injection molding cycles to maximize throughput while minimizing material waste and operational overhead.
- Execute comprehensive root cause investigations to resolve production bottlenecks and enhance equipment reliability.
- Partner with design and production teams to ensure seamless transition from product concept to full-scale manufacturing.
- Spearhead capital equipment upgrades and the integration of advanced molding technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor technical staff and junior engineers, fostering a culture of precision and adherence to industry best practices.
- Analyze key performance indicators to develop data-driven strategies that boost overall equipment effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
