Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional field service, installations, and preventative maintenance to clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, empowering them to maximize their equipment's potential.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service activities and customer interactions.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity, building strong customer relationships.
  • Take ownership of service cases and projects, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with a focus on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with a variety of CNC control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including blueprints and schematics.
  • A strong commitment to safety and adherence to industry best practices.
