Job Summary
The CNC Service Technician is responsible for safely operating and maintaining forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and organize materials within the warehouse. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by ensuring equipment and inventory are handled accurately, safely, and in an organized manner.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficientl
- Load, unload, move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse
- Perform basic setup, inspection, and preparation of CNC machines for service, shipment, or installation
- Assist with basic mechanical and electrical tasks related to CNC equipment, including cleaning, minor adjustments, and component handling
- Inspect forklifts before use and report maintenance or safety issues
- Take photos of inventory, equipment, or shipments as required for documentation
- Support CNC service technicians with machine teardown, reassembly, rigging preparation, or preventative maintenance tasks
- Perform general warehouse cleaning and housekeeping tasks
- Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies when handling machinery and equipment
- Work with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate material handling
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift certification or ability to become certified
- Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy materials
- Basic computer or smartphone skills for taking photos and documentation
- Mechanical or electrical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
