Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Virginia market, focusing on CNC mill and lathe technologies.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
- Develop and maintain a sales forecast, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce.com) to manage client information and sales activities effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest CNC technologies and industry trends to provide informed solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with a skilled technical team to deliver comprehensive support and solutions to customers.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in territory sales, preferably with experience in machine cutting tools.
- Proficiency in outside sales techniques and strategies.
- Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), Turning Lathe, CNC Lathe (2-4 axis), CNC Swiss Lathe, CNC Mill (5 axis VMC), CNC Lathe (5 axis).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tooling, fixturing, and CNC programming.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and applications.
