THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION
We’re looking for a team member we can DEVELOP and TRAIN into Training & Development Specialist to support team growth, enhance performance, and help strengthen our internal leadership pipeline. This role is essential in preparing new hires for success and providing ongoing development for current team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being trained in our company values, systems, and techniques
- Understanding Sales Principles and our sales Cycle,
- Implementing current Cycle of Developments currently in place
- Lead engaging onboarding and training sessions
- Develop training materials, workshops, and skill-building programs
- Coach team members on sales, communication, and leadership competencies
