Customer Relations - Entry Level Sales

As an important part of our team, our Entry Level Customer Relations is responsible for meeting with our customers, in-person, and forming a relationship on behalf of our clients. They present service options to the customer and take away the frustration of setting it up. The ideal Sales Representative is great at working with people, coachable, and is motivated.

Lethal Business Development is a sales firm that operates our customer interactions in a face-to-face manner. The ultimate goal is to create genuine relationships with customers on a day-to-day basis. to drive revenue and growth for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Meet and engage with customers daily
• Learn client-related product knowledge
• Learn proven sales systems to effectively close
• Learn leadership skills as you grow and advance

Requirements:

• 0-3 years experience working in a team and/or customer-based business (retail, restaurant, hospitality, sales, etc)
• Degree preferred
• Interpersonal skills
• Great Communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently
• Goal-oriented
