Duties
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts and transfer devices.
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner.
- Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, implementing memory care techniques and behavioral health strategies.
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques during procedures such as catheter care and wound management to prevent infection.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
