Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to join a hospital-based MS unit in Utica, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong acute care experience and prior exposure to travel nursing assignments.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting
- Manage post-surgical and general medical patients
- Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical experience
- Active New York RN License
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- EPIC EMR experience required
- NURSYS report required
- Skills checklist matching Medical-Surgical specialty
- Travel nursing experience required (must be documented)
- Valid driver’s license matching candidate demographics
Pay: $2,268.00 - $2,966.00 per week
