Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage tables effectively by bussing, resetting, and ensuring cleanliness for subsequent guests
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining accountability
- Assist with food preparation, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards to uphold health regulations
- Foster positive guest relations through excellent customer service, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
- Support other team members during busy hours by providing assistance with serving or host/hostess duties
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Basic English speaking skills; Vietnamese recommended but not required
