- Take accurate food and beverage orders using advanced POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or Toast, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety protocols
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience through attentive service and guest relations skills
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours and support food handling standards
Experience
- Proven experience as a Food Server restaurant settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or Toast for order processing and sales management
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on building positive guest relations and upselling opportunities
- Previous experience in food industry roles including serving, bartending, or host/hostess positions is highly desirable
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and transaction processing
