- Experience in Labor and Employment Law

- Strong Negotiation skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar in Washington
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in estate planning and probate law is a plus
