Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation standards.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in food safety.
- Experience with inventory management and cost control in bistro setting.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:
