The Associate III, Customer Experience role provides frontline support to customers and business partners, serving as a key connection between Phillips 66 and its marketers, dealers, and internal teams. This position focuses on delivering timely, accurate, and professional service while resolving routine customer needs, processing requests, and supporting operational processes in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide professional and courteous customer support via phone, email, chat, and digital channels by responding to inquiries related to products, services, orders, and account activity.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues, resolve routine customer concerns, and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions in required systems.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction while meeting established performance, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Process customer orders, requests, and renewals in accordance with defined procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Support customer relationship management activities by capturing accurate customer data, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen customer service skills, product knowledge, and system proficiency.

What You’ll Bring – Required

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 or more years of experience using office or operational systems
  • Willingness and ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, or overnight as needed

What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred

  • Experience in a customer service, call center, or help desk environment
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, credit card processing, or network connectivity support
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools or ticketing systems
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to navigate challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, document details, and explain information clearly
  • Ability to deliver courteous, accurate, and timely customer service in a structured environment

Compensation Range

This position has a base salary range of $62,000- $75,790.

Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
