Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager based in Los Angeles, CA. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, contribute to achieving sales goals, and ensure a premium customer experience. Responsibilities include assisting with team management, implementing effective retail strategies, maintaining visual merchandising standards, optimizing inventory management, and ensuring compliance with retail loss prevention measures. The role requires motivating and supporting the team to foster growth, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills to deliver exceptional shopping experiences and build client relationships.
- Experience in Store Management, with the ability to oversee daily operations, implement sales strategies, and drive team performance to meet targets.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques to minimize shrinkage and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities to support store staff and manage workflows efficiently.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, luxury retail environment and an understanding of the fashion industry is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service roles is highly desirable.
