Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Stock Associate at the PHILIPP PLEIN location in Livermore, CA. The Stock Associate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and organization of merchandise. Daily duties include managing inventory, executing stock transfers, and ensuring compliance with shipping and receiving standards. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized stock area to support efficient operations and providing support for loss prevention programs. Collaborating with store teams to restock and replenish the sales floor will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving operations and Inventory Control processes
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and procedures
- Exceptional Customer Service skills coupled with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
- Prior experience in retail or fashion industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to lift and move items as needed for stock management
