Responsibilities of the Entry Level Representative Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our home improvement partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Proactively consult with clients to understand their business goals and recommend our products and services to drive their growth and profitability.
- Handle client inquiries and issues with speed and grace, resolving challenges and offering solutions that reinforce our commitment to their success.
- Develop a deep understanding of our marketing strategies and how they apply to the home improvement sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience, from onboarding to campaign execution.
- Gather client feedback to help us continually improve our services and product offerings.
- Utilize data and analytics to track client performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent Rocksteady Promotions with professionalism and integrity.
Entry Level Representative Qualifications:
