Day-to-Day of a Business Customer Support Representative:
- Engage with local business customers to understand their energy needs and recommend eco-friendly solutions.
- Deliver professional customer support through account setup, plan changes, and service inquiries.
- Present energy products and services, close sales, and manage ongoing client relationships with ease and reliability.
- Represent our clients with professionalism and integrity in a fast-paced, business-to-business environment.
- Collaborate with fellow Business Customer Support Representatives to meet weekly performance and sales goals.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction and maintain customer retention KPIs.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the clean energy industry and stay informed about industry updates, rate changes and new client promotions to better serve customers.
Qualifications for a Business Customer Support Representative:
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow in a B2B sales environment.
