Join us as an Account Manager and play a key role in delivering innovative energy solutions to businesses. In this Account Manager role, you will help companies reduce energy costs, improve energy efficiency, and adopt sustainable practices. By managing the full business sales and enrollment process, you will be instrumental in driving energy adoption, building strong relationships, and managing business accounts.

As an Account Manager, you will oversee all aspects of business account management, including business lead generation, outreach, sales, and ongoing account support. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for businesses and customers, assessing their energy needs, analyzing usage patterns, and recommending solutions that align with their operational and monthly cost reduction goals.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside local businesses and customers to introduce energy solutions and support energy cost savings
  • Assess business and customer needs, including energy usage and budget priorities, to recommend solutions that improve efficiency and cost reduction
  • Manage the full sales process from business outreach to sales enrollment and ongoing support, ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Prepare and present tailored service proposals, guiding businesses through enrollment and activation while managing their accounts with care
  • Stay up to date on any energy savings opportunities and updates to be able to present them to customers and businesses
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Account Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or account management role, ideally in a prior energy based role is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to guide customers decisions and support enrollment goals
  • Professional, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and follow structured workflows
  • Motivated to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,100.00 - $5,800.00 per month
