- Coordinate outreach across clean energy service tiers, ensuring documentation, activation steps, and provisioning are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by updating records, tracking milestones, and monitoring pipeline movement, supporting territory visibility and operational efficiency.
- Resolve service issues through internal collaboration and structured escalation, keeping activation progress on track and enhancing client satisfaction.
