We are a family owned, exterior home improvement company looking for an individual who thoroughly enjoys customer service. In this role, you will act as a liaison between production crews and customers, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face, with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Manage sales leads and sales team appointments
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Recommend potential process enhancements by analyzing customer and team needs
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Ability to identify and convey critical details from complex situations
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Organized and efficient, able to manage time effectively
- Familiarity with Excel or similar program such as Google Spreadsheets
- High school degree
