The perfect candidate will be interacting with customers over the phone to provide the first-class service we are well known for.
We are looking for applicants who have the following skills:
- Strong customer service experience, ideally within a telesales environment
- Great telephone manners and email writing skills
- Ability to engage with customers on the phone in a friendly, empathetic, and professional way
- Can happily take ownership of queries and ensure that these are followed through to resolution
- Strong IT skills (or willingness to learn)
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- A good standard of spoken English
- Provide a high quality of service to our customers
- Understand and complete processes in accordance with company policies
- Handle a high volume of telephone and email enquiries adhering to company standards
- Provide information about products or services
- Feeding issues back to the wider business
- Monday to Friday only
- 28 days paid annual leave (including Bank Holidays), increasing to 33 days with length of service
