Phihong USA is looking for a Marketing Assistant to assist the sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, creative professional able to undertake a variety of projects and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.
Duties:
- Supports marketing operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting information and materials.
- Maintains marketing library by updating product datasheets.
- Product photography and editing.
- Maintains and edits company website.
- Designs and maintains marketing collateral such as catalogs, brochures and presentations.
- Compiles, maintains, and distributes monthly POS reports.
- Assist other departments as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
- Microsoft Office
- Good Organization skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- College degree
- 2 years related work experience
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
