The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in promoting the organization’s mission, services, growth, and community impact. This onsite position is responsible for developing marketing initiatives that increase awareness of our outpatient mental health services, strengthen our brand, support recruitment efforts, and showcase the positive outcomes experienced by the individuals and families we serve.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, storyteller, and relationship-builder who enjoys developing marketing campaigns, capturing success stories, supporting community outreach efforts, coordinating events, and helping the organization grow through strategic marketing and public awareness initiatives.
Responsibilities
- ·Develop and implement marketing campaigns that promote clinic services, programs, recruitment efforts, and organizational initiatives.
- Capture and share patient success stories, testimonials, and positive treatment experiences in compliance with privacy and consent requirements.
- Create brochures, flyers, newsletters, presentations, recruitment materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.
- Coordinate marketing efforts for job fairs, community events, trainings, open houses, and outreach activities.
- Gather photos, videos, and stories that highlight the organization’s impact and culture.
- Assist with website updates, email marketing campaigns, and social media content development.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including content planning, posting, engagement monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Track marketing activities and assist with reporting on outreach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leadership, providers, and staff to identify and promote meaningful stories that reflect the organization’s mission and impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, business development, community outreach, or related fields.
- Experience developing content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and similar channels preferred.
- Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, website content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Experience with photography, video content creation, event marketing, and community engagement is highly desirable.
- Healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or community-based organization experience is a plus.

Pay: $25.62 - $30.92 per hour
