What You’ll DoAs our Marketing & Content Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives that directly contribute to our store’s growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Marketing Planning & Execution- Develop and implement weekly and monthly marketing plans.
- Support promotions, product launches, giveaways, and in-store events.
- Assist with outreach campaigns targeting schools, businesses, and local organizations.
- Help introduce and promote new menu items.
- Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, store operations, and events.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas into our brand strategy.
- Update and manage online listings (Google, DoorDash, website, etc.).
- Coordinate with local influencers and content creators.
- Conduct outreach to schools, offices, and community groups for catering opportunities.
- Assist with event setup and coordination.
- Maintain organized follow-up communication with partners.
- Assist with paid social media promotions.
- Design basic flyers, coupons, and in-store materials.
- Support loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
- Respond professionally to customer reviews on Google and Yelp.
- Track marketing expenses and assist with budget organization.
We’re seeking someone who is dependable, creative, and ready to take ownership of their role. The ideal candidate will have: - Preferably at least 1 year of marketing experience. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. - Experience with photography and short-form video creation (preferred). - Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing tools. - Reliable transportation (travel between local store locations required). - A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and follow through on responsibilities. - Previous restaurant or marketing experience (a plus, but not required).
Must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation & Schedule- Pay: $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time, with availability required for evenings and weekends as needed.
- Location: On-site role with travel between local Chikin Drip locations.
