What You’ll Do..
- Serve as a proactive secondary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Monitor account health indicators and coordinate follow-up actions with internal teams.
- Conduct check-ins and adoption touchpoints to ensure customers are achieving value.
- Support educational efforts by delivering platform overviews and sharing best practices.
- Assist in identifying expansion opportunities through analysis of adoption and customer outcomes.
- Help prepare proposals, pricing drafts, order forms, and QBR/Strategic Review materials.
- Partner with AMs to organize strategic planning sessions and customer review meetings.
- Research whitespace and end-user utilization to contribute to account growth strategies.
- Help track customer goals and value realization metrics.
- Assist with building adoption plans and documenting customer interactions.
- Prepare engagement summaries, meeting follow-ups, and success documentation.
- Support delivery of product adoption sessions and follow-up coaching.
- Coordinate the kickoff and management of new product pilots.
- Track success criteria, gather customer feedback, and ensure pilot milestones are met.
- Communicate pilot progress internally to AM, CV, Product, and leadership.
- Work cross-functionally with Support, Product, Marketing, and PMO to ensure customer needs are escalated and addressed.
- Manage internal action items and help keep cross-team deliverables on track.
- Maintain detailed notes, usage reports, and CRM data for all assigned accounts.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, support, project coordination, or sales development.
- Strong organizational and project‑management skills; able to manage many moving pieces across a large majors book while meeting deadlines and SLAs.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests and internal threads simultaneously.
- A growth mindset with a desire to learn the full Account Management discipline.
- Comfort with presenting to customers and leading small sessions.
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach to solving customer problems.
- Experience with SaaS platforms or HR technology is a plus.
- Expected salary range $70,000 - $90,000
