What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Program Manager (APM) – Mortgage Program position at PHDC?
This is managerial work, responsible for overseeing the mortgages and related loan administration and servicing process under the control of the Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation (PHDC) while ensuring compliance with PHDC policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements. An employee in this class is responsible for maintaining PHDC’s mortgage and loan servicing systems and for coordinating mortgage and loan servicing activities with various PHDC departments and other agencies. This includes supervising administrative staff, managing the workflow and day-to-day issues, and related work as required.
