This is a newly created role sitting at the intersection of front office and operations. You'll be a key point of contact for traders, salespeople, and clients — solving problems, ensuring data integrity, and helping scale the business.
What you'll own:
• Trade booking support and daily P&L validation
• Lifecycle event management across OTC products
• Client onboarding coordination (legal, credit, KYC)
• Sales credit reporting and discrepancy resolution
• Process documentation and control development
• Cross-functional projects with technology and compliance
What we're looking for:
• Hands-on middle office or trade support experience (3 years)
• Comfort working across OTC derivatives platforms
• Strong communicator who can bridge front office and ops
• Series 99 licensed or willing to obtain
• 7 years total experience in capital markets or banking
