A respected non-profit behavioral health organization is seeking an experienced clinical leader to oversee operations within a Facility-Based Crisis (FBC) Center. This is a high-impact opportunity for a mission-driven professional passionate about improving access to behavioral health and substance use crisis services.
This leadership role combines clinical oversight, operational management, staff development, and community engagement within a fast-paced crisis stabilization environment.
What You’ll Lead:
• Day-to-day clinical and operational oversight of the FBC program
• Supervision and mentorship of clinicians, nursing staff, and support teams
• Regulatory compliance across Medicaid, Medicare, state, and agency standards
• Staffing coordination, workflow efficiency, and performance management
• Clinical quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Collaboration with leadership, community partners, and external stakeholders
• Timely documentation, reporting, and operational accountability
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong leadership background in behavioral health, crisis services, or substance use treatment
• Ability to lead teams in high-pressure clinical environments
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong clinical judgment and operational decision-making abilities
• Experience balancing patient care quality with operational effectiveness
• Passion for serving individuals experiencing behavioral health crises
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or administrative leadership experience
• Licensure preferred:
- LCSW
- LPC
- LMFT
- LPA
- CADC
- Licensed Psychologist
- RN/BSN candidates with significant behavioral health leadership experience are encouraged to apply
