Phaxis is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in Marysville, CA where your contributions will make a meaningful impact on patient care and overall clinic operations. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Location - Marysville, CA
Position - RN ER
Schedule - Days and Nights available
- 36 hours/week (3x12)
Responsibilities
- Assess patients at intervals as stated in policies and procedures.
- Protecting the patient from injury caused by extraneous objects and chemical, electrical, laser, mechanical, and thermal sources.
- Performing interventions necessary to ensure that the patient's procedure is performed on the correct site, side, and level.
- Communicating the patient's status to relevant parties throughout the continuum of care
- Administering medications safely and correctly.
- Evaluate the patient's progress toward attaining outcomes.
- Document nursing care accurately, completely, and legibly.
Requirements
- RN CA Nursing License is required
- BLS and ACLS is required
- At least 1-2 years of RN ER experience is required!
- Will need Cerner and Epic Experience
