Sr Lead .Net Developer

We're looking for a highly skilled Lead .NET Developer to join our team and take ownership of full-stack application development across cloud-based environments. In this role, you'll lead a team of developers, design scalable backend services using C# and .NET Core, and contribute to front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks. You'll also play a key role in architecting and deploying applications in Azure (or AWS).

• Lead design, development, and deployment of full-stack .NET applications.

• Architect cloud-native solutions, primarily in Azure (or AWS/GCP).

• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices in coding and DevOps.

• Collaborate with product and QA teams in an Agile environment.

• Maintain code quality through code reviews, testing, and automation.

• 6 years of experience in .NET/C# development.

• Strong front-end skills (React, Angular, or Vue).

• Experience with Azure (preferred) or other cloud platforms.

• Proficient in RESTful API design, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes a plus).

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
