Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under provider supervision
- Record vital signs and assist with exams and procedures
- Complete administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and filing
- Greet patients, answer phones, and route messages appropriately
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support quality patient care
- Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing
- Active New York State LPN license
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and professional phone etiquette
