💼 Positions Available:

✨ Per-Diem

✨ Part-Time

✨ Full-Time

🕒 Available Shifts:

☀️ 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

🌇 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

🌙 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

⭐ 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

💙 What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities in leading safe, independent, and fulfilling lives. Every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact!

Responsibilities include:

✔️ Assisting with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, feeding, and personal care

✔️ Providing emotional and behavioral support

✔️ Assisting with community outings and activities

✔️ Encouraging independence and life skill development

✔️ Maintaining daily documentation and service notes

✔️ Creating a safe, caring, and supportive environment

🌟 Requirements

✅ GED or High School Diploma required

✅ NYC COVID vaccination card required

✅ Minimum of 6 months experience working with the developmental disability population preferred

✅ Experience may include:

• DSP work

• Residential/group home experience

• Day habilitation experience

• Family caregiving experience

🚗 Valid driver’s license may be required for many day and evening shifts.
