Our hospital client is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Credentialing Specialists to join their growing team across multiple NYC locations!
🔹 Responsibilities Include:
✔️ Managing provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes
✔️ Facilitating initial appointments, reappointments, and clinical privileging
✔️ Conducting credential audits and background checks
✔️ Utilizing MDStaff credentialing software to maintain provider records and data integrity
✔️ Ensuring compliance with hospital bylaws, corporate policies, and regulatory agencies
✔️ Interpreting credentialing standards and maintaining knowledge of credentialing laws/statutes
✔️ Supporting Medical Staff, Allied Health Professionals, and other healthcare providers throughout the credentialing process
🎓 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
✅ Prior credentialing experience strongly preferred
✅ Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
✅ Familiarity with MDStaff software highly preferred
✅ Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
