We're seeking an experienced RN leader with Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) experience to oversee care delivery, supervise clinical staff, lead interdisciplinary team meetings, and ensure compliance with care planning and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
✔ Active NYS RN License
✔ MLTC experience required
✔ 2 years of supervisory experience
✔ Experience with elderly/frail populations
✔ Knowledge of UAS, care planning, and NYS regulations
