Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) - multiple positions
Location: Smithtown, Lake Grove, Patchogue, Commack
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay Range: $28.62 - $35.74/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under provider supervision
Record vital signs and assist with exams and procedures
Complete administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and filing
Greet patients, answer phones, and route messages appropriately
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Collaborate with the healthcare team to support quality patient care
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing
Active New York State LPN license
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and professional phone etiquette
