We are actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Henrico, VA. This is a full-time, school-based position working with students across a variety of age groups and communication needs in an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Job Details:

• Caseloads: Multiple openings (K–12 opportunities available)
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
• Active VA Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs encouraged to apply!)
• Experience in school-based settings (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
