We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house therapy team at a senior care community.
- Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; deliver evidence-based therapy; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; educate patients and caregivers; maintain accurate documentation; participate in care planning.
- Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology; current or eligible licensure and CCC-SLP; experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred; strong communication and organizational skills.
