We are seeking an Associate Scientist to join our Germantown, MD Acceleratory Mass Spectrometry team!
As an Associate Scientist, you will be responsible for carrying out sample analysis and data processing within stated timeframes and in accordance with SOPs and company policies. Contributes to the
Pharmaron is world leader in the use of Accelerator Mass Spectrometry (AMS) technology a unique, ultra-sensitive analytical tool to support both clinical and non-clinical pharmaceutical applications.
- Contributes to the laboratory and equipment maintenance including HPLC
- Participates in day-to-day laboratory operations
- Handles and processes biological samples
- Performs sample preparation procedures using extraction
- Prepares data tables and reports using LIMS
- Prepares reference materials and consumables meet study objectives
- Prepares and reviews SOPs
- Assists in data processing, QC checking and data compilation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in related field
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job
- Experience working with HPLC preferred
